HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM LEAVING FROM BRAZIL?!

Going to Tomorrowland Belgium is dream for many Brazilians. But unfortunately it is not so easy to get the ticket, not even enough money to attend the event. Thess informations was taken from the site A MELHOR BALADA, based on the text by Alan Moura.

Before the trip:

1- Passport

To travel to Europe, you need a passport, right?. Then you will need to request and pay a fee if R$257.
Note: Brazilians does not need a visa to enter Belgium.

2- Flight Ticket

Flights departing from São Paulo - Belgium costs around R$2800, but usually in July the tickets cost over R$3000.




3- Health Insurance

On average, health insurance costs an average of R$50 for 5 days of travel.

4- Tickets

Full Madness ticket + Dreamville Magnificent Greens (which gives you access to the three days of festival + accommodation, taking your own tent) costs 290EUR in pre sale, while at regular sale cost 356EUR

The Easy Tent option, with tents already set up, cost two people: 840 EUR on pre sale or 952 EUR on regular sale. (= R$2000)


Other options of buying tickets are:
Global Journey: which includes transportation (can be by train, bus or plane) and lodging (Dreamville or hotel)  Via gogo: It's a ticket sale / purchase site. The main point of buying there is that the ticket price is more expensive than the ones sold by the site. Inside Music Land: is an official Brazilian agency of the festival. They offer packages that include ticket + various types of accommodation and it is much easier to get buy for them than on the official website. The cheapest package that includes hosting at Dreamville + tickets costs R$5000.

5- Accommodation
Beyond Dreamville (TML's Accommodation) listed above you also have can accommodate at:
Hostel - from 20 to 30 EUR per night
Airbnb - from 30 to 50 EUR per night
Hotel -average over 50 EUR per night

6- Camping Stuff


If you go with Dreamville (Magnificent Greens) you need to bring your tent. The value of a tent in Brazil is around R$200. In the event they sell new tents 35 pearls = 50EUR = R$200. We recommend you to buy it at the event to avoid carrying too much weight.

7. Transportation

If you choose to stay at Dreamville, you do not have to worry about transportation costs. There is a free bus that drives you from the Brussels airport to Tomorrowland and from Tomorrowland-Brussels airport.

If you stay in a hotel in Brussels, consider that the transfer leaves from the center of the city, and the return option costs 23EUR per day.

8. Consumption

Your costs will vary depending on how much you want to eat and drink within the festival, especially if you consume alcohol or not.

This year's prices were:
Water, soda, energy, beer: 2 pearls
Vodka + blend: 6.75 pearls
Feeding: average of 7 pearls

If you camp at Dreamville, you can bring food and drink as long as it is not in a glass bottle. Inside the campsite also has a supermarket, which helps to save money. You can do some shopping and at least ensure a good breakfast in the tent before going to the festival.

Considering 1 pearl = ~ 1.56EUR = ~ R$6, let's consider the basics:

In 1 day you can consider:
2 feeding breaks (14 pearls = 21 euros = R$84)
2 waters + 2 sodas (8 pearls = 12 euros = R$48) save the water bottle to fill it in the points inside the festivaL)

If you do alcoholic drinks, consider at least:
5 beers (10 pearls = 30 euros = R$120)

you will spend at least $130 within the festival. If you only drink beer, multiply this value by 2 or 3 three times. For each vodka you want to drink, include R$40 in the calculation.

Considering the purchase for breakfast (20EUR = R$80), you will spend about $500 of consumption at the festival. If you want to drink, consider no less than twice as much.

Briefly, making a very low cost trip:
Passport: R$257
Ticket: R$3000
Insurance: R$50
Admission with dreamville: R$1500
Camping stuff: R$200
Minimum consumption: R$500

Without luxury, considering round trip directly to Tomorrowland (without touring Belgium or anywhere else) you will probably spend $5500 ($1712) on a trip there. If you do alcoholic drinks, consider at least $6500($2006). If you're thinking $2006 is the same as attenders from other countries, you're sadly mistaken. Brazilian minimum salary is R$930 (about $280), so...

If you do not need to save so much, Dreamville Easy Tent option costs R$500 more than normal camping, tents already come with mattress and sleeping bag and can be locked. Plus you have access to exclusive bathrooms and is in an enclosed area within the Dreamville.
